8 weeks worth of beautifully grown, nutrient dense, produce. You’ll pick up from November 9th- December 21st. The week before Thanksgiving will be a double share, as well as the last week. We’ll have lots of root veggies, tubers and fresh greens.

Pick up is at our farm from 10AM-1PM on Saturdays. 256 Beaver Brook Road, Lyme, CT. If you miss pick up, don’t worry. You can grab your share from the cooler from Saturday at 1PM to Monday at 10AM, daylight hours only. If you are away all weekend, you can gift your share to a friend, or Farmer Baylee can find a family who can use your share.

Our members love our Fall CSA. Climatically, fall is our favorite time to grow veggies in Connecticut. The moderate temperatures, adequate rain and sun, plus cool fall nights, produce sweet, delicious, nutrient dense vegetables. If you are a returning member, you may have noticed we have yet again extended our fall CSA weeks. Each year has proven better and better for our fall harvest, and now that we have our beautiful, insulated barn in which to wash and distribute produce, we are much more resilient to weather extremes. No more distributing veggies under a tent in the yard during a snow storm!

Our goal is no waste. Our packaging is a combination of biodegradable plastic bags and paper bags. You can pick up a share from a basket if you bring your own bag, reducing our need for packaging.

Prices vary based on income. You choose what level your family can afford.

Level 3 Community Supporter shares cover to the cost of operating the farm and growing produce for the CSA, and make it possible for LTF to offer Level 1 CSA shares. Level 3 members create an opportunity for more diversity of income levels to access healthy food in our community, which is why we call Level 3 Community Supporters.

Level 2 Farm Supporter shares contribute to the cost of operating the farm and growing produce for the CSA.

Level 1 shares are subsidized by other members investing at Level 3, and by your farmers. Level 1 shares are intended for folks facing financial hardships. If you are struggling with basic living expenses, and cannot afford luxury items like vacations, this share is for you.

Sizes

We are offer mediums and smalls. If you are 1-2 people, a single share works well for most folks. If you are feeding a family, consider buying 2 shares.
